7. Conditions of Personal Data Processing
7.1. Personal data processing is carried out with the consent of the personal data subject for the processing of their personal data.
7.2. Processing of personal data is necessary to achieve objectives provided by an international treaty of the Russian Federation or by law, for the fulfillment of functions, powers, and obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3. Processing of personal data is necessary for the administration of justice, execution of a court decision, act of another authority, or official subject to enforcement under the legislation of the Russian Federation on enforcement proceedings.
7.4. Processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract, of which the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor, as well as for concluding a contract at the initiative of the personal data subject or a contract in which the personal data subject will be a beneficiary or guarantor.
7.5. Processing of personal data is necessary for the exercise of rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties, or for achieving socially significant purposes, provided that the rights and freedoms of the personal data subject are not violated.
7.6. Personal data that are publicly available or made accessible to an unlimited circle of persons by the personal data subject or at their request may be processed.
7.7. Personal data subject to publication or mandatory disclosure under federal law may be processed.
8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with applicable legislation on personal data protection.
8.1. The Operator ensures the preservation of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access.
8.2. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except as required by law or if the personal data subject has given consent for the Operator to transfer data to a third party to fulfill obligations under a civil-law contract.
8.3. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator at
sales@narvatrade.com with the subject line “Personal Data Update.”
8.4. The processing period is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data were collected unless otherwise specified by contract or law. The User may withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time by sending a notification to
sales@narvatrade.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing.”
8.5. All information collected by third-party services, including payment systems, communication tools, and other service providers, is stored and processed by these parties according to their User Agreements and Privacy Policies. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties.
8.6. Restrictions established by the personal data subject on the transfer or processing of personal data do not apply in cases of processing for governmental, public, or other public interests as determined by Russian law.
8.7. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data during processing.
8.8. Personal data are stored in a form allowing identification of the personal data subject no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purposes unless otherwise required by federal law or contract.
8.9. Processing may cease upon achievement of processing purposes, expiration of consent, withdrawal of consent, request to stop processing, or detection of unlawful processing.
9. Actions Performed by the Operator with Personal Data
9.1. The Operator performs collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (clarification, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
9.2. The Operator performs automated processing of personal data with or without transmission of obtained information via information and telecommunication networks.
10. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
10.1. Before engaging in cross-border transfer, the Operator must notify the authorized personal data protection authority of the intended transfer (separately from the notification of processing).
10.2. Before sending such notification, the Operator must obtain relevant information from foreign authorities, individuals, or legal entities receiving the data.
11. Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Operator and other persons with access to personal data must not disclose or distribute personal data to third parties without the consent of the personal data subject unless otherwise provided by federal law.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. The User may request clarifications regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at
sales@narvatrade.com.
12.2. Any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is effective indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
12.3. The current version of the Policy is publicly available on the Internet.
